In partnership with NetSpeed Learning Solutions, the USTA Adjunct Faculty offers leadership, management and professional skills development through a combination of online and face-to-face workshops. Skill development in any one of 24 topic areas begins with either a highly interactive three-hour face-to-face workshop or 90-minute online web workshop. After each workshop, you will have access to e-learning reinforcement tools to support your skill development.
We also collaborate with the Effectiveness Institute to offer the following two workshops: Understanding Behavior Styles and Integrating Conflict (Parts One and Two).
The list below reflects the dates, times, and descriptions of the workshops being offered. Class sizes are limited and will be filled on a first-come, first-serve basis. The schedule is subject to change.
