Purpose:To continue building a High Performance organization with High Performance Teams through a learning process focusing on the subtle but critical diversity and inclusion factors of familiarity and comfort in the workplace.
Gain a new perspective on workplace "trust" and its benefits
Learning how to diagnose and remedy lack of trust
Increase awareness and control over an individual's "Trust / Don't Trust" decision process
Learning how to expand the individual's trust network using a practical Action Plan
Step 2:
Action Planning Identify three actions and share with your manager Complete by June 13th Download and complete the Action Planning Tool Copy and share your Action Plan with your manager so he or she can check in from time to time to see how you're doing.
Step 3:
Action Learning On-the-Job
Complete from June to September
Work the plan! From June to September apply what you've learned to your job. Execute those actions you have committed to while doing your everyday work. We hope you will find that by doing so, your workload and stress level will ease as more people become willing resources for you. Your growing network of trusting relationships will more than return the time you invested to create it.
