Purpose: Understanding Behavior Styles is the foundation for building more effective teams, as part of the USTA’s initiative to transform itself into a high-performance organization. The course provides a foundation for improved workplace communication, reduced tension and ultimately, more productive work relationships. You must attend both web workshops.
